Translate Ryviu widget's texts into the language of your website

English is the default language. Automatic translation is available for Chinese, French, Portuguese, and German. For unsupported languages or custom translations, click the Customize Language.

Translating the Ryviu widget into your site's language enhances your customers' user experience. Follow these steps to translate the Ryviu widget.

Step 1: Access Ryviu Settings

1. Log in to your Ryviu account.

2. Go to Widgets

3. Click on the Customize button of the widget for which you want to edit the text.

Step 2: Select Your Language

You need to select the type of widget before modifying the text. Here are the details steps:

• Free plan

  1. Click Customize Widget Texts to edit text.

  2. Click Save.

• Ryviu paid plans

  1. Select language. If the languages supported are not your desired languages, please click on Customize Widget Texts to edit text manually.

  2. Click Save.
