Downgrade Ryviu plan for your WooCommerce store

If you want to downgrade to a plan with a lower fee or a free plan, please follow those steps.

• Log in to your Ryviu account.

• Go to Settings > General in your Ryviu dashboard.

  

Downgrade to a free plan

1. Click the Unsubscribe button.

2. Submit by clicking the Unsubscribe button again on the popup.

3. You are done!

Downgrade to a lower plan.

1. Click the Edit membership button.

2. Please choose the plan you'd like.

3. Click the Next button.

4. Log in to your PayPal account.

5. Click the Agree & Continue button to complete the payment.
