In your Ryviu dashboard menu bar, please click on the Emails section. This section is divided into two parts: Analytics, Automation, and Email notification.
I. Analytics

It is simple to check the list of emails with the order number, the customer email, and the status of this email.
1. Showing the general report for sending email.
2. You can filter, order, send, or delete the email with a certain status or add your order# to search.

Order ID. In your email sections, you can select 50 orders to remove (by clicking on the trash icon) or send emails (by clicking on the envelope icon).
Rating. Showing the rating and number of reviews.
Showing email status.
Date. The time of that order.
Action. You can manually send emails to those processing by clicking the envelope icon.
II. Automation button
Click Automation to visit your request review email setting page.

In this page, you can set up the time to send the emails.

You can customize the email content by clicking on the Customize email button.

III. Email notification
The Ryviu app allows you to send emails about activities in the reviews, questions, and answers sections. Click on Email notification, you can configure email alerts to stay updated.

This section includes two key settings: Sender Email and Notification.

Sender email:
Verify the email address to which you want to send an email to your customers.
Enter your domain and your name when sending emails.
Notification:
Activate the "New review notification" option to get an email notification when the product gets a new review.
Select "Enable/disable" for the option "Customer", or "Admin" to let the customer or admin get the email notification when a review or question has been replied.
