Ryviu's email automation feature allows you to send automated review request emails to customers after they purchase. Follow these steps to set it up.
Step 1. Enable send request review
Login to your Ryviu account
Go to Emails.
Click Automation.
Precheck the option "Send request review emails automatically."
Step 2. Configure email-sending settings after the order is placed
For Shopify
You can set up your timing after order status "Purchased", "Fulfilled", or "Delivery".
For "Delivery" status, Ryviu allows you to time-review request emails based on product delivery. Delivery-based timing will enable you to reach your customers if delivery times differ between orders.
You can use delivery-based timing on orders using Shopify's shipment status field.
For WooCommerce
You can set up your time after the order status is Processing, Complete.
Step 3. Set up your review request email timing after reaching the order status
You can set the timing between day, hour, and minutes after the action.
Step 4. Action after the customer writes a review
You can select "Redirect to customize the URL" so that customers are redirected to the URL you want after they submit reviews.
If you choose the "Thank you email" option, please click "Thank you email settings" to set up your own thank you email setting.
